Given the sensitive nature of the materials we handle, we sign confidentiality agreements with our clients, so they can rest assured that their content is protected. We do not house our working documents in the cloud nor do we expose them to web environments in which they may be the object of alteration or removal (secure ftp servers are used for the most sensitive documentation).
We are a small but very effective team that works directly with the client, carrying out the project without intermediaries. This reduces the number of steps involved and speeds up the process. For example, if a client urgently needs a sworn translation, we scan it and send it by email to save time.
We do our utmost to adapt to our clients’ needs, even going to their place of business to do the work on site when necessary.
